World Peace University successfully completed a Turkish language training program for the foreign employees of Decomar Ltd., a company operating in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The training was organized to help the company’s employees adapt more easily to the working environment on the island and to increase their awareness of Turkish culture.
The program, conducted by the university’s experienced language instructors, included grammar lessons, practical exercises for daily conversation, and special lessons on the effective use of Turkish. Participants not only learned the basic rules of Turkish, but also gained valuable information to help them better integrate into the work life in the TRNC.
Through such programs, our university aims to overcome language and cultural barriers in the business world and create a more efficient working environment for international employees. The university also plans to continue organizing similar training programs to help employees who are learning Turkish as a foreign language improve their communication skills.
