We are happy to announce that the World Peace University Tourism Research, Application and Development Centre (TUGEM) has become a member of Association of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Networks in Academia (ATHENA) as of 18th October 2024. TUGEM is affiliated with the World Peace University and its coordinator Assist Prof. Elif Senyücel is also a member of the ATHENA Executive Board.
ATHENA is an international association dedicated to tourism research, bringing together tourism-related research centers and institutes from around the world. The association aims to internationally promote and develop tourism research collaboration between its members and beyond. Currently, ATHENA includes 28 research centers from 16 countries.
